Ribbon is a replacement image for the stock Notified statusbar icon. Both Retina and Legacy versions are included.

Edit: Thanks to Randje a member at MTF for confirmation that Ribbon works with the latest build of Notified as well as on the latest iOS firmware.

Note* I am not the original creator of ribbon. I have just ported it to iOS 4.x.x

You need to view it in Notified to clear it.

You would need to add the Notified Beta repo to get the most current version of Notified. More info can be found here; [link]
